Abstract:
PROLOGUE
Nikky was lulled into a long dream concerning the fate of the spa business she has worked on since 2011. Even though she has been in this industry for 18 years, the global effects of COVID-19 have significantly impacted the company. COVID-19 was discovered in Wuhan, China, in 2019 and quickly spread worldwide, becoming the fifth documented pandemic since the 1918 flu epidemic. This epidemic is the most severe threat to the tourism industry, and spa owners are no exception. The reported cases increased daily until March
18, 2020, when 790 instances were reported.
