Identified influencers include Higher Education Institutions Capacity, Academia Capability, Graduate Interns Capability, KT Partner Organization, Relational Elements, Technology Augmentation, External Factors, and Knowledge Transfer Mechanism. The study suggests Knowledge Transfer Mechanism and government policies mediate this model. |
