Abstract: 
The Industrial Design programme exposes the student with the knowledge and skills in producing quality products. In order to be an experienced designer, the junior designers need to refer to past designs before designing. This makes the work of the designer creatively better with a more attractive design. The industrial design student or junior designer needs to look for the existing designs in the market and the unpublished works, which include previous students' works, to stimulate their design ideas. Undoubtedly, web searching is the fastest way to look for all these designs. This study aims to develop a Design Ideas Platform (DIP) based on the ADDIE model to collect and display students' work for junior students' reference and intellectual property application. The five phases in ADDIE model have been proven to improve the Design Idea Platform performance through distribution of survey, percentage of importance and assessing respondent feedback using questionnaire. The final DIP has been used by the respondent and more than 50% of the students were able to improve on their creativity level and generate fresh ideas after using DIP. This positive feedback shows that the platform is ready to be used as a reference in the design classes. For future studies, the design interface of this platform will be refined, and the after-submission-process will be improved for faster submission of students' artwork.
