dc.description.abstractThis research aims to investigate the relationship between facilities, safety and security, and services in Genting Highland and their impact on tourism development. The main objective is to identify the factors influencing tourism in Genting Highland. The study will utilize quantitative methods, including convenience, safety, security, and hospitality as factors, and will gather data through a questionnaire. Statistical analysis will be conducted using SPSS version 26.0 to support decision-making and improve performance. The research intends to achieve its objective of understanding the development of tourism in Genting Highland.en_US
