This study employed a quantitative approach where 140 questionnaires were distributed to individuals working in hotels in Kota Bharu, Kota Kinabalu, Kuantan, and Georgetown. Data collection was conducted through convenient sampling using an online survey. By offering a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing employee performance in the hotel industry, this research contributes to existing theories and practical applications. |
