What is "Task-Based Learning for you?

"Task-Based Learning (TBL) is an approach that emphasizes completing specific tasks that mirrorreal-world situations. TBL tasks in language learning per se, are designed to simulate meaningfuland authentic contexts that are predominantly applicable to real-life situations that could benefitthe learners greatly in the future. TBL classroom places learners at the center of the learningprocess and requires learners to utilize the target language actively and collaboratively for realcommunication.”
