The quantitative research method was selected, and data were collected using a questionnaire, involving 384 respondents who visited Langkawi Island, Malaysia. Three types of analysis were used in the data, namely: descriptive, reliability and Pearson’s Correlation Analysis. As for the result, all the independent variables (destination attractiveness, place attachment, tourist satisfaction and service quality) that had been studied in this research had a significant relationship with the dependent variable (destination loyalty) among domestic tourists visiting Langkawi Island, Malaysia. |
