Food & Nutrition in Practice provides learners with the principles of nutrition related to human health. This introductory book sheds on the major sources and principles of nutrition. This book comprises eleven chapters that will guide learners with comprehensive information of principles on nutrition and health.

Learners will be taught the overview of nutrition and practice where it emphasizes the nutritional in wellness perspective.
