Effective communication is important in any workplace, and this is included in the restaurant industry. This communication is more than exchanging information, but understanding the emotion and intention is the main factor. In the restaurant industry, the sender must convey the information communicated among the staff, managers and also the guests. Failure to communicate will disperse unsatisfactory moods.
