Abstract: 
Several studies have found that there are issues that need to be addressed in empowering the jQAF program related to implementation, management and effectiveness. The implementation of the teaching models of this program requires quality j-QAF teachers by equipping themselves with several important elements including teaching skills. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the level of implementation of teaching skills of teachers j-QAF Arabic Model.This study has used a survey design involving a total of 422 j-QAF teachers by distributing questionnaires to j-QAF teachers who teach in schools throughout Malaysia. The results of the survey found that the level of implementation of the element of readiness of teaching skills of teachers j-QAF Arabic Model at a moderately high value (mean = 3.92, sp = 0.346). Implications of this study suggest that the teaching of Arabic language model should be diversified language game and group activities, use of Arabic during teaching and learning (T&L) of Arabic, diversify types of learning resources, improve T&L of Arabic by applying high-level thinking skills, always use Arabic in conversation with teachers and students, and improve the atmosphere of the Arabic-speaking environment in the classroom.
