The questionnaire were distributed to 191 staff pursuing Administrative staff and Academic staff. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS version 21. The findings of the study indicated that there were two factors influencing a staff: demographic (gender, marital status, religion, position, professionalism and income level) and Lifestyle (smoking, alcohol consumption and physical activity). The results also suggested that there were different significant relationships between demographic and lifestyle factors towards prevalence of depression, anxiety and level of stress among University Malaysia Kelantan staff. |
