Abstract:
The primary aim of this paper is to present a robust conceptual framework that encapsulates the essence of Technological Wellness, transcending the conventional boundaries of contemporary health practices. By synthesizing insights from academia and industry, this paper not only underscores the critical importance of understanding this transition but also strives to bridge the gap between theoretical discourse and practical applications. Key components of the conceptual framework include the dynamic integration of Wellness Tech into broader technological ecosystems, exploring the symbiotic relationship between innovation and wellbeing. Through a discerning analysis of case studies and empirical research, this paper illuminates successful instances of Technological Wellness implementation, offering valuable insights for both academic researchers and industry stakeholders.
