Abstract: 
Technology adoption is crucial for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as it enhances their competitiveness and efficiency, allowing them to remain agile in a rapidly evolving business landscape. The global research trend on technology adoption among MSMEs has been steadily increasing, reflecting the growing recognition of its significance in economic development. Additionally, there is a focus on understanding how emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain can be effectively leveraged by MSMEs to drive innovation and competitiveness. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 239 publications indexed in Scopus that was published from 1992 until 2023, aiming to elucidate research trends in technology adoption among MSMEs. The findings reveal the paper titled “The use of digital technologies by small and medium enterprises during COVID-19: Implications for theory and practice” by Papadopoulos T., Baltas K. N. and Balta M. E. in year 2020 holds the distinction of being the most highly cited documents of 324 citations within the study's subject area. Additionally, the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series stands out as the most active source with 8 documents published. These results underscore the significance and importance of pivotal research contributions in the technology adoption and MSMEs research domain. Among the plethora of keywords analyzed, “small and medium enterprise” “technology acceptance model” and “knowledge management” emerge as the most commonly used themes, further emphasizing their centrality in the field. Interestingly, most publication (34%) are co-written by 1 authors, followed by 28 documents co-authored by 2 authors and only 3 documents co-authored by 6 authors. It shows the need for more collaborative efforts within the academic and professional community to enhance the depth and breadth of insights in the field
