Abstract:
The 1st International Seminar on Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Management (ISEEM 2024), held at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, brought together academics, policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers to explore the intersections of innovation, public policy, governance, and economic development. The seminar
provided a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas, showcasing research, and addressing some of the most pressing global challenges related to sustainable economic growth. This book, empowering Communities and Economies: Insights from The 1st International Seminar on Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Management" is a collection of the most significant insights, discussions, and research presented during the seminar. It highlights critical themes such as public policy and government, consumer behavior, organizational behavior, financial management and accounting, human resource, marketing, business management, and management. It is our hope that this book serves as a valuable resource for policymakers, scholars, and practitioners who are committed to driving sustainable development and fostering innovation in the global economy. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the contributors, participants, and organizing committee members who made ISEEM 2024 a success. May the ideas and strategies shared in this book inspire future advancements in entrepreneurship, economics, and management, contributing to a more equitable and prosperous world.
