The Application Augmented Reality of British Pillbox in Kg. Tok Burung, Bachok, Kelantan

Abstract

British pillbox in Kg Tok Burung is one monument that was almost destroyed as the cause of deterioration and environmental factors. Hence, there should have a solution to keep it reminded. The location of these pillboxes is close to Pantai Irama, an area that is often the focus of tourists. The main objective of this research is to build an application Augmented Reality of British pillbox in Kg. Tok Burung. It is also to detect the exact location and building substances of the British pillbox in Kg. Tok Burung. A few methods used to obtain some data and information were observation, included measurement, photograph, and literature review. Then, the data was interpreted through Augmented Reality. This method of research is to conserve the British pillbox in Kg. Tok Burung virtually and extended the structure of pillbox for heritage tourism and the young generation.
