dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of smart tourism applications on perceived destination image in Kelantan. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between smart information systems, smart sightseeing, smart ecommerce, and smart forecasting and perceived destination image. A questionnaire was used as the quantitative method. A total of 384 Gen Z tourists were chosen as respondents. The study's findings indicate a significant relationship between smart information systems, smart sightseeing, e-commerce, and smart forecasting, as well as the influence of smart tourism applications. Smart information systems and e-commerce systems are positively affected in information search, while smart sightseeing and smart forecasting are positively affected in e-recommendations.en_US
