dc.description.abstractThe study is about the Traditional and Complementary Medicine (TCM) services that can help the public to understand about TCM therapies which are safe and effective. This study propose three independent variables namely Certified Therapist, Experienced Therapist, and Skillful Therapist towards Customer Satisfaction in Traditional and Complementary Medicine (TCM) Services. This study was conducted in TCM facilities Malaysia. The total sample size in this study was 385 respondents who participated through WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. The results shows that all the three hypotheses were supported. The researchers have also proposed a few recommendations related to the study.en_US
