Abstract: 
Manufacturing SMEs frequently employ green supply chain management. This study intends to look at how Green Supply Chain Management methods affect the performance of manufacturing SMEs in Penang's logistics sector. The variables used in this study were logistics business performance, reverse logistics, green distribution, and green transportation. A total of 380 questionnaires had been distributed to the manufacturing SMEs in Penang. The data is analysed to find reliability, descriptive analysis, and correlation. The findings showed that the performance of the logistics industry among manufacturing SMEs in Penang was significantly influenced by all variables related to green distribution, green distribution, and reverse logistics
