dc.description.abstractThe Internet shopping experiences offer dissimilar ways for off and online communications with communication different tools that need for a better decision for their effect on customer communication. Social networking sites are fast moving becoming the platform for interaction, attracting new potential customers and has become the trend for companies to engage with their customer online. In Malaysia, the internet is still seen as a new medium between retailers and customers, and keeping customers on e-retail is the most difficult problem that e-retail shop faced. Because of that, the research objective is to study the youth people experiences for scammer activities in online shopping. Findings suggested that respondents from youth people groups have generally accepted the Internet to be used for social networking, information search and online shopping. To collect the data, the researcher used an online survey that was distributed via Google Forms. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), and Microsoft Excel was used to examine the data gathered. Based on the research, privacy risk , performance risk , financial risk , and the effect of the scam for the youth people have a significant relationship to the customers experience in using online shopping platforms among youth customersen_US
