Many researchers are attempting to find the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that impact later judgments in acceptance of RFID at toll in this field of study. The relationship between the acceptance of RFID using at toll and perceived ease of use (PEOU) is the focus of the research presented in this paper, which, according to the authors, adds value to research in the field of logistics. The behavioral intention to use (BIU) in RFID at toll also been evaluated. The paper contributes an online survey which will be undertaken. The targeted population for this survey will be the consumer from Klang Valley, Selangor. A sample size of 150 respondents will be conducted by our group and questionnaires will be distributed to the targeted sample size through the online social media platform. In this paper, we will utilize pilot test, frequency analysis, descriptive fulfil the research objective. |
