There are several factors that influence student involvement in physical activity. The objective of this study is to determine whether psychological factors, environmental factors and intrinsic factors may influence student’s involvement in physical activity. Physical activity provides many benefits to an individual's body. The researcher used quantitative methods when conducting this study. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents online to facilitate the researcher and also the respondents when conducting this study. The selected respondents are students of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan Kampus Kota. The results of this study found that students' involvement in physical activities can improve their mental and physical health. |
