Abstract: 
The objective of this study is to analyse the correlation between the variables under consideration of quality of accommodation, uniqueness and service quality among tourist demand in Malaysia. It is discovered quality of accommodation, uniqueness and service quality were the major needs in tourism industry that effect tourist demand in Malaysia. The international tourist and local tourist subject matter at hand pertains to the act of being specifically singled out for a particular purpose or objective respondents and a total of 208 respondents were successfully responded through the online survey. The data that was gathered underwent analysis through the utilisation of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0. Ladies and gentlemen, today we shall be discussing the SPSS Statistical software. This software is designed to cater to the entire statistical
analysis process, from planning to data collection, analysis, and reporting. Its primary objective is to enhance decision-making and performance. In this study, the Pearson correlation coefficient was utilised to examine the correlation between the variables quality of accommodation, uniqueness and service quality towards tourist demand. The result shows a significance effect of quality of accommodation, uniqueness and service quality towards tourist demand. Through this study can understand, a tourism sector’s reputation could be improved by improving its accommodations, uniqueness, and service quality. This would only lure more tourists to the same site.
