Abstract: 
Abundance of plastic by non-biodegradable petrochemical-based plastic packaging materials had caused an interest in developing biodegradable plastics using waste derived polysaccharides or starch. Therefore, this study aims to diminish the raw materials from petroleum in plastic production besides mitigating the pollution due to nonbiodegradable petroleum-based plastics.
