With the growing number of senior citizens, the need for nurses in nursing homes is anticipated to grow. However, there is tremendous strain and high burnout among nurses working in nursing homes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factor related to burnout among Malaysian nurses employed in nursing homes. The purpose of this study is to quantify the factors that contribute to burnout in nursing staff members who work in nursing homes. With a response rate of 85.3% (128/150), a cross-sectional survey was conducted among nursing home nurses (N = 150). The proposed model produced some important results, such as job demands had a positively significant on burnout. Similarly, it was discovered that job resources had a significant impact on job satisfaction. In contrast, it was discovered that job satisfaction had a negatively significant on burnout. According to this study, burnout in nurses is predicted by job demands and job satisfaction. By increasing job demands and job satisfaction, the results of this study should assist connected businesses like private nursing homes and allied industries in lowering the risk of nurse burnouten_US
