Abstract:
The sheer joy and aftermath feeling, upon Senate confirmation, is awesome. You are going to feel that
something new has been transformed unto you. People around you and who also have acknowledged
your PhD achievement shall address you, “Doctor”. Such a feeling is the prime gift for being a
doctorate. You deserve it after a long battle of 3 years, on average normally, to attain the PhD, in which
for some it is a failure of all times. For some pessimistic people, they associate PhD acronym as
“Permanent Head Damage”.
In contrast, you have been successful in getting a PhD with sheer joy and in prime health. After being
called Dr Rosmaini or nickname “DrRos”, there are sets of new expectations coming towards you, in
terms of jobs, behaviour, intellectuality and lifestyle. However, what is far beyond this is the big
question: Does it benefit humanity? The essence of knowledge is to light our “path” towards happiness
in this world and Hereafter. This may be achieved by the practical impact the scholarship has on the
world around us.
