Tourism is the fastest growing industry in the world. This study will explore the intention to adopt mapping applications among Malaysian tourists. Mapping applications have changed the way we travel by making it more affordable, convenient, and efficient. This study will examine the relationship between performance expectancy and tourist behavioral intention to adopt mapping applications while travelling, examine the relationship between effort expectancy and tourist behavioral intention to adopt mapping applications while travelling, examine the relationship between social influence and tourist behavioral intention to adopt mapping applications while travelling and examine the relationship between hedonic motivation and tourist behavioral intention to adopt mapping applications while traveling. The quantitative method was applied using Google form questionnaires and 210 respondents were among the random respondents who had experience using mapping applications. The data analysis was done using a statistical practice to organise, describe, evaluate, represent, and interpret data with descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation. It is recommended to emphasise the need for a more detailed division of local tourists in order to identify their interests and references.en_US
