Quantitative data was collected from 422 students of selected universities in the South of Vietnam. It was found that specific dimensions of family background and entrepreneurship education service quality had a positive and statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial intention among Vietnamese students. It was recommended that government and policymakers focus on creating quality academic programmes and enhancing non-academic process to enhance innovative start-up among students. Besides, certain constructs of the family background paradigm could be utilised to develop future entrepreneurs. |
