This study is to identify online assessments used in the Open Learning platform for selected public universities based on three categories of universities in Malaysia. Teaching and learning (PdP) methods are essential to ensure that lecturers deliver quality learning, so students are easy to understand the teaching process that is taking place. Therefore, these online tools are very important to help lecturers and students in improving the quality of teaching and learning (PdP) as well as to inculcate the spirit and enhance students' interest in learning more diligently. This study uses a qualitative approach through document analysis where the researcher obtains information and materials from the website and internet by following the MOOC courses on the OpenLearning platform of each university. A total of 9 public universities were involved in obtaining information and materials related to alternative assessment used in each MOOC course. In addition, the findings show that the implementation of alternative assessment can help students understand a well-learned course and can be an alternative to diversify teaching and learning activities using online platforms. | en_US |
