Abstract: 
The cases of ongoing uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic have been increased all over the world. It is a necessary emergency for the people to wearing the mask, social distancing, and other issues that affect the negative impact on Covid-19 epidemic in many counties around the world. There is a lack of healthcare safety and security issues in many countries regarding protecting Covid-19 cases, lack of doctors, a lacuna of vaccine (particularly in developing and under-developing countries), and testing facilities. If the country does not solve this Covid-19 crisis, people will overwhelmingly be affected. Nevertheless, this study explores the emerging corporate social responsibility initiatives during the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, prudential regulation, governance and provides recommendations including new laws of Covid-19 issue. Also, this study provides how government can mitigate this problem of Covid-19 crisis through a proper strategic decision and corporate social responsibility.
