Abstract: 
A Poisson log-linear Leroux Conditional Autoregressive model with different neighbourhood weight matrices will be applied to the poverty data to estimate the relative risk of poverty. This estimation allows for the identification of high-risk and low-risk poverty areas. In addition, this method will determine the covariates that significantly contribute to poverty.
