Abstract:
Online learning has become the primary means for teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic. Lecturers are forced to use web-based technologies to prepare materials and communicating with students in their pespective courses. Tools such as Learning Management System (LMS) and authoring are used premendously in various university courses to manage and prepare the teaching and learning activities (Abdulrahaman et al., 2020). This study will explore the use of websites and web-based technologies in enhancing the experience of teaching and learning activities in the context of digital tools for architecture and creative technology programs. We want to highlight the method used in designing the system needed and any consideration we need to use to achieve the objective and goals of teaching and learning activities. We also outline the web tools that can be used and how they can be integrated with the developed website (Cook & Dupras, 2004). Findings from the website's usability would allow us to learn the limitation, opportunities and potential of such methodology in teaching digital tools for architecture and creative technology. Implications are discussed, and such activities' ability to enhance the student experience while learning digital tools is analysed.
