Abstract:
Recently, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has hit Malaysia by the end of January 2020. The situation has changed the teaching and learning landscape at a higher learning institution. Hence, with the spreading of the virus across all countries and Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory in Malaysia until March 16, the Malaysian government announced a restriction movement order from March 18 2020, until December 31 2020, to curb the surge of positive cases in this country. Each Higher Learning Institution was required to conduct teaching and learning online to ensure the teaching and learning process continued during the disruptive period; hence various methods were used. One teaching approach used was Kaedah Didik Hibur (KDH), or the entertaining learning method. According to Omar (2008), KDH is a teaching approach that intends to create a fun environment for students while at the same time do not neglect the teaching and learning objectives
