Chapter 22: NEW NORM OF INTRAPRENEUR: FORM CAMPUS TO ECAMPUS

Abstract

During an unprecedented event such as the COVID-19 Pandemic hitting hard across the world, people around the world express panic in various behaviours. This situation is not only affecting the economy of the country, psychological stress and social values (Nicomedes and Avila, 2020) but also disrupted the educational institution. During that time, educational institutions such as schools and universities were immediately closed and involved 1.6 billion learners in more than 150 countries worldwide as they have run traditionally on the gathering of people in large numbers for many years (Onyema et al., 2020; United Nations, 2020).
