Abstract: 
The current study studies factors that can affect entrepreneurs in choosing Takaful over conventional insurance Kota Bharu, Kelantan; product features, expertise, satisfaction, understanding and religiosity. This paper explores how entrepreneurs make their preference for Takaful over traditional insurance. Regarding this study, an informant is selected among entrepreneurs inKota Bharu, Kelantan. This study is based on qualitative methods using ATLAS.ti Version 8 software to ensure effective validity of the information examined. As a result, respondents chose to choose Takaful over traditional insurance due to compliance with Shariah law, have adequate awareness and fulfil the products offered.
