The growing number of unclaimed assets reaching RM5.7 billion in cash was due to the failure to identify the legal owner when the deceased died intestate or without wasiyyah. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the influ- ence factor for wasiyyah preparation among micro-entrepreneurs in using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) with Aqidah as an added variable. This research em- ployed a quantitative approach, choosing 313 female micro-entrepreneurs as re- spondents. The result shows that all independent variables have significant rela- tionship with wassiyyah preparation purpose.en_US
