A Proposed Conceptual Framework Of Asnaf Empowerment Program: Developing A Millennial Asnaf Outcome Model (MAOM)

Abstract

The Asnaf economic empowerment program is structured to create awareness that is an appropriate way to be continuously implemented for the Asnaf community’s sustainability. Taking into account the age cohort as a source of green entrepreneurship facing today's challenges, Millennial is a population group that will effectively control Malaysian population in Malaysia and be a catalyst in Malaysian economic growth. This article proposes Millennial Asnaf programs that would have an impact on the Asnaf community. Therefore, the Millennial Asnaf Development Outcome (MADO) model is designed to develop the quality of human capital development throughout the sources of new venture establishment to stimuli Milenia Asnaf outcomes. This program will be tested by the Millennial Asnaf Outcome Entrepreneurship Index.
