dc.description.abstractThe study examines customer revisit intention towards mamak restaurants in Penang and to find out the relationship between food quality, service quality and environment on customer revisit intention. A survey was conducted using questionnaires involving 375 respondents who revisits mamak restaurants. Descriptive and correlation analysis were used to analyze obtained data. Findings revealed that the three variables are significantly related to customer revisit intention with environment showing the strongest relationship while food quality showing the weakest relationship on customer revisit intention. The results are in line with previous researches whereby environment is an important determinant affecting customer revisit intention. Implications and recommendations were provided for future researchers in line with the study.en_US
