This paper aims to examine the role of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence towards the continuance mobile application usage among tourists in Malaysia. Quantitative approach was used to collect the data in this study. To achieve the objectives of this study, 384 respondents were selected for online questionnaire distribution and researchers manage to get back 250 responses among those who answered the questionnaires. The data were then analysed by using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The data analysis that has been used in this study is reliability test, descriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation. The study revealed that there is positive relationship between performance expectancy, social influence and effort expectancy with continuance mobile applications use among tourists in Malaysia. |
